Edit: This is a UK story. Thanks to Young Manhattanite for pointing out: “Because in England, Waldo means penis, because everything means penis to the English.”
Edit: Yikes. Wally is his original name, he was created by an Englishman named Martin Handford. Incidentally, Wally has all kinds of localized names, my favorites of which have got to be Willy (Norway) and Effy (Israel) for the obvious reference. Thanks go to Stacey for setting me straight.

there was a guy dressed up as waldo.
and when gabi said “I FOUND WALDO” he turned around and made a :D face and gave us a thumbs up, it was hilarious.
he got really into the show, and at first he was in front of me, but he moved to the front & center and max saw him and when he was thanking everyone, he said “THANK YOU WALDO.”
and i smiled for that guy. he must have felt really awesome. :]
